Which personal data we process
Which data we process depends on the way you use our website or contact us.

Your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message can be processed in the contact form, among other things.
In addition, the following data can be processed in the project start form, among other things:

- desired schedule;
- budget indication;
- any additional wishes and information.
Our forms may use technical security measures, including a CSRF token and a hidden honeypot field to limit automated spam.
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we will process the contact details and content of the communication necessary to answer your question or perform our agreement.
For the use of WhatsApp, the terms and conditions and privacy rules of the provider of that service also apply. Please do not share sensitive or confidential personal data via WhatsApp.

- customer and project data will be kept for the duration of the agreement and a reasonable period afterwards;
- administrative data and invoices are kept for a minimum of seven years when this is tax-mandatory;
- communication can be kept as long as it is relevant to the provision of services, agreements or legal position;
- technical security data may be temporarily retained for investigation, security and abuse prevention;
- cookie preferences remain stored until they expire, are changed or deleted by you.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized or made inaccessible, insofar as this is technically and legally possible.
